Mind Source has been named “Best Company to Work for in Portugal” in 2025

We are incredibly proud to share that Mind Source has been recognised as the Best Company to Work For in Portugal, securing 1st place in the Great Place to Work 2025 ranking in the category of companies with 201 to 500 employees!

Mind Source, specialised in Information Technology Consulting and Business Process projects, achieved 1st place in the Great Place to Work® ranking of the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal, in the category of companies with 201 to 500 employees.

In 2024, Mind Source had already achieved 1st place in the Best Companies to Work For in the IT sector ranking and was also one of the Top 15 companies highlighted by the Great Place to Work® Institute for its Wellbeing practices. This recognition is yet another reason why the best IT professionals choose to be part of our team. With ongoing growth in projects and team expansion, Mind Source, operating in Lisbon and Porto, plans to hire over 50 IT professionals throughout 2025.

This award is the result of an independent and anonymous evaluation conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, which analysed employees’ perceptions of working conditions, as well as internal practices that promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.

Among the practices that stand out at Mind Source are flexible and hybrid work policies, access to nutrition and psychology consultations, promotion of an active lifestyle, and dedicated programmes for personal and professional development, in addition to the continuous commitment to physical and mental health and wellbeing.
