Mind Source, a company specializing in Information Technology and Business Process Consulting projects, has received its 14th consecutive Great Place to Work award in Portugal, making it the company with the longest ranking among the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal.

This distinction, awarded for the year 2023, places Mind Source in 2nd place among companies with 100-500 employees. This nomination testifies to the company's commitment to its most valuable asset – the people who work at Mind Source and who dedicate themselves daily to teamwork, becoming an essential argument for the success of the company and the projects in which it is involved.

Mind Source's history of awards is already extensive. Most recently, in 2019, it achieved 1st place in the ranking of companies with 100-500 employees. That year, in addition to being considered a Great Place to Work, Mind Source was also honored with the Leadership social award.

Back in 2021, it ranked 3rd among companies with 100-500 employees and 37th in the European ranking of companies with 50-499 employees. That year, it was also awarded the 2021 Health and Well-being Award. This award recognizes the comprehensive work developed in strategies for improving and optimizing teleworking, promoting physical and mental health, work-life balance, and initiatives designed to shorten the distance between professionals within the same company.

In order to promote a business model of excellence, Mind Source embraces several practices.
