The Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Offenses covers the entire organisation and activities of the obliged entity and focuses primarily on the following:

• The identification, analysis and classification of risks and situations that may expose the company to acts of corruption and related offences, taking into account the sector of activity and the geographical areas in which it operates;

• The adoption of preventive and corrective measures aimed at reducing the likelihood of occurrence and the impact of the identified risks and situations;

• Increasing employee awareness and training;

• Monitoring the implementation of the CRPP on a periodic basis, or whenever changes occur that justify its review.
