Every year, the Great Place to Work Institute reveals the 50 Best Companies to Work for in Portugal. These are the companies with the highest employee trust index and the best internal practices, according to the GPTW® methodology.

This year, Mind Source ranks 4th among companies with 100-500 employees, a distinction that recognizes the relationship between Mind Source's teams and the company, with particular emphasis on daily well-being and a shared vision of success.

Five other awards were also given, and among the 50 companies in the ranking, the Human Development Award was granted to Mind Source for its concern with the personal and professional growth of its employees and for encouraging the acquisition and strengthening of their skills.

The Great Place to Work award recognizes the best Portuguese companies to work for in Portugal and is awarded by the Great Place to Work® Institute, the global authority for building, sustaining, and recognizing high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. The award is based on an anonymous and independent questionnaire process conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute in the second half of each year and on the analysis of each company's internal best practices.
