The “EDP Ethics Channel” project, developed by Mind Source for EDP, was recognized with the OutSystems Innovation Award 2019 in the Digital Transformation category.

This project is part of EDP's digital transformation process, which consisted of developing a portal that aims to centralize the submission of ethical complaints to the EDP Group's Ethics Ombudsman, previously submitted in a scattered manner.

The speed of response that the platform brought, as well as the ability to resolve complaints quickly, increased the level of satisfaction and improved the experience of internal and external users.

The application also ensures the confidentiality and security of user data and, in parallel, guarantees transparency, traceability, and auditability throughout the process, ensuring compliance with the response SLAs imposed by the code of ethics.

This project was developed in OutSystems, a low-code development platform whose speed of implementation, usability, and flexibility allowed the project to be successfully completed within the defined deadlines.

Mind Source had already been recognized by OutSystems with the OutSystems Agility Award for the “Paperless Meetings” project in 2010, already having a decade of experience in OutSystems development projects, a factor that ensures the necessary know-how for developing projects of this nature.
