At the Great Place to Work Institute® awards ceremony held yesterday, Mind Source was recognized as the Best Company to Work for in Portugal. In the category of companies with 100 to 500 employees, Mind Source achieved 1st place, a position that represents a rise of 3 places compared to 2018.

As one of the pioneering consultancies in the application of a human resources policy based on employee well-being and a positive work environment, Mind Source also won the "Leadership" award, a distinction that reinforces the company's efforts in implementing a policy of recognizing leadership roles and developing plans for motivation, professional growth, talent management, and career development.
