Mind Source, a company specializing in Information Technology and Business Process Consulting projects, closed last year with a 23 percent growth compared to the previous year, a performance that translates into a turnover of more than 9.6 million euros in 2019.

The Portuguese company presented a result last year that reflects the good performance of its teams during this period. The 23% growth reflects the ambitious stance of the company and its employees, as well as the special dedication to the projects in which they are involved. In addition to the increase in turnover compared to 2018, the hiring policy also proved particularly fruitful. 2019 was thus a year of team reinforcement. Mind Source hired 30 new employees last year, with a special emphasis on development profiles (60%) and Business Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Scientist consultants (30%). The remaining 10% were dedicated to hiring Project Managers and SCRUM Masters. Ultimately, the company had 205 employees at the end of the last fiscal year.

Rui Reis, CEO of Mind Source, explains that “the growth of our team and the 23% increase in revenue testifies to the dedicated and innovative approach that Mind Source has in the national and international market. We are pleased with the performance shown in 2019, but we know that we have the capacity to do more and better in the coming years.”

He also assures that “the current scenario naturally imposes enormous challenges on companies, but we are prepared to respond to and face these challenges with the professionalism and dedication that have always characterized Mind Source.”

Mind Source thus reinforces the double-digit growth trend it has shown in recent years and will continue to invest in different sectors and vertical markets, such as Banking and Insurance, Telecommunications and Services, among others.
