In an interview with SIC Notícias, Carlos Seguro de Carvalho shares how active listening and data-driven management contribute to the consistency of Mind Source’s culture.
The recent achievement of 2nd place in the Best Companies to Work for in Portugal ranking led to a moment of discussion with SIC Notícias, during which our Executive Administrator, Carlos Seguro de Carvalho, shared the company’s vision on culture, leadership and talent management.
During the interview, he highlighted that this recognition goes far beyond an award: “it reflects the real day-to-day experience of our people”, emphasising the consistent way in which we place talent at the centre of the organisation.
He also addressed the impact this recognition has on attracting talent: “rather than us saying we are a great place to work, it is our people who confirm it.”
This validation stems from the direct feedback of our people, gathered through the methodology of Great Place to Work.
More than a certifying body, Great Place to Work acts as a partner that helps us measure, reflect on and continuously evolve our culture, while also enabling us to learn from the market and incorporate best practices adapted to our reality.
“The methodology gives us something extremely valuable: data that allows us to go beyond perception and make evidence-based decisions. We are able to identify our strengths, but also the areas where we can improve and prioritise initiatives with greater impact,” explains Carlos Seguro de Carvalho.
