Mind Source, a company specializing in Information Technology and Business Process Consulting projects, received its 11th consecutive award as a Great Place to Work in Portugal.

The distinction refers to the year 2021 and places Mind Source in 3rd place in the ranking of companies with a size between 100-500 employees and 7th place in the overall ranking. This nomination testifies to the company's commitment to its most valuable asset – the people who work at Mind Source and who dedicate themselves daily to teamwork and who become an essential argument for the success of the company and the projects in which it is involved.

In addition to being considered a Great Place to Work, Mind Source was also distinguished with the 2021 Health and Well-being social award. This award recognizes the comprehensive work developed in strategies to improve and optimize teleworking, promote physical and mental health, work-life balance, and initiatives designed to shorten the distance between professionals in the same company. In 2020, Mind Source launched its Health Program, designed to address the demands imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic and aimed at supporting its employees who have been working from home since the beginning of the pandemic. Conceived a year prior, this program aimed to ensure the best working conditions for Mind Source employees and guarantee they have the necessary support to maintain productivity and work in complete comfort and safety.
