For the first time in Brazil, Great Place to Work (GPTW) released its ranking of the most outstanding companies in the Information Technology sector, evaluating the work environment based on the direct opinions of employees.

The goal of Best Workplaces IT is to recognize organizations that excel in creating positive work environments and promoting a culture that values ​​the employee experience.

The ranking distinguishes companies into three categories, according to the number of employees. In the medium-sized company category, Mind Source was recognized as the best IT company to work for, while AdvanceWorks led among small companies and Cisco stood out among large companies.

The evaluation process used the GPTW digital platform, with questionnaires that allowed the participation of all employees, measuring the level of trust and experience within the organizations. To be included in the list, IT companies needed to have at least 20 employees and achieve a trust index of at least 65% on the Trust Index, which assesses organizational culture and the work environment.

The ranking reinforces the importance of corporate culture as a competitive differentiator, helping to attract and retain talent and strengthening the company's image in the market through Employer Branding strategies.

Maurício Korbivcher, CEO and Country Manager of GPTW, explained that the launch of the list for the IT sector aims to "recognize organizations that are creating consistent and positive experiences for their employees, transforming internal culture into a strategic advantage."
