Mind Source recently launched a new job portal with the goal of strengthening its recruitment and talent management strategy.
The new digital platform was developed to centralize the company's career opportunities and facilitate contact with potential candidates from the initial stages of the selection process. From the portal's main page, it is possible to view open positions to join the company's team, as well as submit unsolicited applications.

The initiative comes at a time when Mind Source aims to strengthen its connection with professionals in the technology sector and streamline the talent attraction process. Recognized as one of the best places to work, Mind Source has been on the Great Place to Work list for 11 consecutive years.
According to Rui Reis, the company's CEO, the launch of the portal reflects the evolution of the organization's recruitment process. “Since the beginning of the pandemic, our recruitment has become entirely digital. The new portal emerges as a natural step in this strategy, offering a simple and quick platform to consult opportunities or submit unsolicited applications,” he says.
In recent years, Mind Source has also registered a significant increase in the number of applications, with dozens of new professionals joining its teams. The goal is to continue investing in the growth of human capital, considered by the organization as one of the pillars of its development and corporate culture.
