On this particular day, we launch a reflection on the representation of women in companies.

In Portugal


In Portugal, women remain underrepresented in leadership positions: 30% of management positions and only 24% of executive director positions are held by women (Informa DB, 2024).


The European Commission's "Women on Board" proposal suggests that at least 33% of director positions (executive and non-executive) should be held by women by the end of June 2026.


Representation at Mind Source
